"C"' connect + cut (C+X)

C is for Connecticut.
Yep, the state of constitution. The state which cuts you from ordinary life and helps you connect to your self (state slogan often used for vacation promotions).  So, its my new place of abode (for the people who read my  posts).

PS: I cannot get over the pun in the pic. Didn't i mention travelling is fun?

C is for Children.
How hard is to connect with ourselves? Children’s world is fascianting and so wonderful. This is what comes to my mind when I watch Curious George and Caillou.

C is for Cycle.

Surely, as ABC team mentioned C is almost a circle, I believe it is definitely a circle. So, as I reached Conneticut my friend received me with the celebration balloons. Celebration is a cycle, which begins with music, cakes and then you worry about the calories and often use allergy medicine because every nibble of those nuts counts!!!

C is for Common Sense.

Hell  No! Ladies have some mercy on your spine, when you adorn those spiky heels. Though they say moving outside the comfort zone is necessary for change, common sense is the word to be coined for caution.  Crunch your spine for the right purpose.

C is for Correct!
How difficult is it to make a correct choice? Often times we fail to choose the correct. I have the three C checklist for making a correct choice.

So, if you are conscious about what makes you comfortable and confident, there is no way you cannot be correct.

Did you like my C post?  Would love to see your comments. For more ABC posts check the link.
Cya, until then and ofcorse stay cool.
Cheers!!!

More

The more i dream, the more i need;
the more i try to get it, the more i fail;
the more i feel disheartened,  the more i want to hide;
the more i sleep, the more i dream.

You see "more"  never works in your favor.
Isn't it the same marketing idea behind Pepsi "yeh dil mange more" and Lays chips "No one can have just one" to loot our money and sell their product?

Excerpts from Brahmvihari Swami

Change your attitude:
Out of syllabus is not the point, the point is, are you ready to ace the test or flunk it. Go out in world like Great Krishna not Poor Arjun.

Believe in yourself:
What faith can do in the mind of darkness, nothing can do. Learn to accept the things you cannot choose in life.

Go with the idea, what can I give. If you can’t give, at least forgive:
Be a smile, a source of joy for someone for some time. Do some good to others to feel good.

As love can be expressed in various ways, so is Faith:
You need phone, Email, text, hug, reunions to express love with dear ones. All you need to express faith in almighty is to acknowledge his presence.

Mind Vs Heart

Following is an excerpt from one of my friend-Mihir.
I found it very interesting and would like to share it with you guys. The link will lead you to a prayer it is being inspired from.
Think about these:
Injury vs Pardon.....
Doubt Vs Faith.....
Despair vs Hope....
Darknes Vs Light...
Sadness Vs Joy....
and
Hatred Vs Love...
You will clearly realize both words have different origin. One comes from mind and other from heart. This means people operate in two ways: from heart and from mind. So one is practical who operates from mind and other is emotional who operates from heart. My question is why being practical is more important than being emotional when we know that being practical gives us negative effect?

Present

We all talk of living in present.
What is Present actually?
Is it the moment or a state?

Reading through Vikram Hazra's blog I added a new word to my vocab.
The word is "Sadyojathaha" meaning born in the present.

Think about it,
Wouldn't it be wonderful to be born each time you come across a dead zone mentally, physically, emotionally and when all are together it is spiritually?
If we can buy the fact that we take birth and die many times before salvation.
Why not buy the fact each displeasing moment is death and we are reborn to live another present moment?
How wonderful it is, I  have so many reasons to celebrate such moment as my birthday!

Gray

We all aim for Colorful World,
But when it comes to making choices
We end up with just three colors: Black, White and Gray.
Black and White are the base colors.
Gray is deduced from Black and White.

When all colors blend they form Black.
Black is considered as sign Of
Darkness,Vagueness, Unhappiness and Turbulence.
Whereas no color can make white, it is pure.
White is considered as sign Of
Light, Clarity, Happiness and Peace.
When these two colors blend
They form Gray.
How can it be a ultimate choice
when its existence is dependent on other two colors?

When you decide something,
Make it Black Or White decision
for Gray doesnot count.
Life has too many twists
Why add more by being Gray?

So I Say,
Gray is Illusion!
Black and White is reality!!
